$50 per guest for the Patio BBQ- featuring chef's Maria Helm Sinskey of Sinskey Vineyards, Chef Erin Zircher of The Boarding House, Seth Raynor, Chef-Owner of Boarding House, pearl and Corazon del Mar, Skip Bennett and Shore Gregory from Island Creek will post up on the patio with littleneck clams, razor clams and moon shoal oysters and you never know who else will drop in to command the Grill...
We will have some specially priced offerings from winemaker Rob Sinskey of Sinskey Vineyards who will be on hand to pour his Abraxas and Point of View wines available to taste and to enjoy by the glass, and Growers Champagnes "French Farmer Fizz" Billiot Brut and Tendresse Sec and of course a selection a craft beers and spirits for those who have hit the wine wall. Guests will get a chance to kick back at the close of the festival, as we recreate some of the dishes we cooked at Sinskey Vineyards last Fall and pop corks to toast the start of the season.
